Small town versus Big city

        In my opinion, I prefer to live in a small town for two reasons. The first reason is to be economical for many expenses. In some cases, you don’t pay for public transportations charges such as BTS, MRT, and airport link. That helps you saving more money and picking it to use in times of emergency time, also foods are cheaper and more delicious than a big town. Hainanese chicken rice is thirty -five to forty bath s per plate while it is fifty to sixty baths in a big town. Another reason is no traffic jams. By all means, you can go outside in your town within ten minutes to destination without any jam, and it is so quick and smooth that it saves more time to do other things. In addition, when you want to go somewhere, you don’t estimate time for one or two hours in order to get there because the distance in a small town is not too far. Probably it is far away only one kilometer from your accommodation. With the reasons given above, I would rather live in a small town.

Sunflower

      As you know, it is said that flowers and women are collocation. Because naturally women always fancy beautiful things. In my opinion, it is based on a true story. There are many kinds of flowers which are the favorite items for a number of women. Moreover, each flower 

has its own meanings. One of the flowers that I like the most is sunflower which mean warmth, positivity, power, strength, and happiness. It was first domesticated in the Americas. In addition, the legend of sunflower is very interesting. Recently, I have studied mythology in this semester. And I found that another name of this sunflower is Helianthus. In mythology, it is said that there is Clytie, a nymph who falls in love with Apollo, the sun god. She glances Apollo every day. Until her gold hair turns into yellow petals and face becomes sunflower named Helianthus. It is originated from helios which means the sun and anthos which mean very beautiful flowers. These are all of the sunflower highlights. For the first time, I am very amazed when I know that a little thing that I like is related to the lesson. For this reason, I think that it is worth studying this subject because at least not everyone will know about this.

     In free time, a number of people always do a hobby like traveling, watching Netflix, eating. I am one of them to do these things, but I like watching series the most especially Korean series. Because each theme in the series is so attractive. Due to intense stories, it also persuades me to watch the next episode. I think that this is the unique selling point of the Korean series. Recently, I watched ‘doctor john’. It is a new medical drama about doctors specializing in pain management. Cha Yo Han is a virtuoso anesthesiologist, who is additionally the most youthful teacher at his therapeutic school. The brilliant specialist goes by the epithet “10 Seconds,” alluding to his capacity to figure out his patients within the 10 seconds that it takes for them to enter an examination room and walk to their situate. Kang Shi Young is an incredible anesthesiologist, who was continuously at the beat of her lesson all through restorative school. A vacation trip from my childhood

         Childhood is the best memory for many people. I am either because there is much wonderful time in my memory especially, my vacation trip at Hua Hin. I went with my family for three days. Three impressive attractions that I went are introduced. The first place is Khao Takiab. I admired the glistening ocean and water sport. Also, I enjoyed swimming in the sea with my sisters. The second place is Cicada Market. It is all about art, handmade crafts and good times. Moreover, the ambiance is so cool and comfortable because of being surrounded by nature. Live music is also very fantastic. Most of all, goods can affordable. The third place is Hua Hin night market. There are various kinds of merchandise to buy for visitors such as apparel, crafts, art, and tasty food. I remembered that the desserts are very good. Coconut milk is so intense and toppings are several to select. Thus, when I ate it, both of them is so mellow. These three places make my childhood trip so fabulous. I believe that from now on I will have the moment like this trip more and more.

      Food is necessary for every people because it helps them to survive each day. There are many kinds of food for people to select eating such as rice, noodle, fast food. However, the food that I like the most is rice topped with stir-fried pork and basil or pud kra prao. It is one of the most common dishes in Thailand. I like eating it for three reasons. Firstly, it is a quick meal eaten over rice. When I am very hungry, I always order this menu due to making easy. So, it is served as quickly as required. Secondly, it is accessible to buy. According to rice topped with stir-fried pork and basil is basic Thai food. Thus, I can buy in every local food store. Thirdly, it is very delicious. It is both spicy and a little bit of salty. Moreover, pud kra prao has a specific taste which can make me fascinated. As I mention above, these are why I fancy rice topped with stir-fried pork and basil the most. In addition, I think that nothing beats this one-dish meal.

      Thailand consists of three seasons; hot, rainy, winter. I think that winter is the best for me but, in the present, winter almost disappears because of global warming. In contrast, the most season that I dislike is rainy due to three factors. Firstly, I don’t like anything wet. That means when in the rainy season it always rains and my body gets wet especially, my feet. I feel uncomfortable and slushy at the same time. Secondly, it is difficult to go outside especially, in Bangkok. Because I don’t have a car and I have to face the flood extremely. So, being in the room is the best thing I can do. Thirdly, I don’t like the sound of a thunderbolt. It is a very scared thing for me. I am always frightened when hearing its sound. It does not only loud, but it is also inevitable. These are the main elements that I don’t like the rainy season.

          Everyone has their favorite desserts. There are many kinds of dessert in supermarkets. One of the most popular items is chocolate. I think that no one has never eaten this staff. It almost seems brown color in many shapes such as circle, rectangle, and square. Also, many types of chocolate are very attractive for chocolate lovers including me. I like eating chocolate for 3 reasons. Firstly, chocolate is delicious. It has a little bitter taste and sweet in a bar. I feel joyful when eating intricately. Secondly, chocolate makes me in a good mood. I often spare KitKat, the chocolate, in the fridge to eat when being in trouble or tired from something. This can make me feel relax because according to research there are neurotransmitters to help me good-humored; Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphin. Thirdly, chocolate is accessible to buy. I can buy it at seven-eleven stores or supermarkets. Also, the cost is not too expansive for me because the benefit of chocolate is reasonable.  As I mentioned before, this is why chocolate is my favorite item.

     Last Sunday, I went out on a field trip with my friends and teachers.  It is an activity from the tour guide subject. We are going to learn about the main interesting temples in Thailand. Thus, our teachers want students to experience the real place. They decided to go to Temple of the Emerald Buddha, officially as Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram. It is regarded as the most sacred Buddhist temple in Thailand.

     I woke up so early because I had an appointment with my friends at 6.45 o’clock in the morning. Normally, this time I still lay in my bed. So, I didn’t familiar with it at all. I was punctual and waited for friends just a moment. I started traveling at 7.00 o’clock by taxi. It has taken 45 minutes to the destination. When we arrived, there was no one there. Hence, we surveyed around the temple and planned an eating trip after finishing the activity. At 8.30 o’clock, everyone was assembled in the front of the temple. Then we went in together and walked around the temple with the guide who is a kind of friendly police. He explained about the origin, a lot of parts of Wat Phra Kaew including the grand palace. Both of them is such a beautiful place that Thai people must go once in their life. However, it is better if the weather is nice. It is a combination of hot weather and crowned people. That produce being tired and feeling stiff, especially my friend who seemed like faint. Thus, I gave her inhalant and she got well following. I was so relieved she was. This activity finished around 12.00 o’clock. We can’t do as planned in the morning due to too fatigue. We were not only tired, but we were also hungry. Then, we agreed with each other that having lunch at Central Ladprao was the best and easy choice at that time. After finishing the meal, we went shopping and bought bubble tea. It made us fresh and have some energy to go on. Then, we backed home with being happy and a little bit tired.

     This touring was such a tiring trip. However, I was satisfied with it because this experience didn’t find easily. I went there with my lovely friends. I had a chance to know some friends in my major and talked with them more. Most of all, I have learned both the character and history of the most essential temple in Thailand. It was wide and dazzling. On holiday, if you have no idea what to do, going Wat Phra Keaw is another interesting option for all of you.

Bali trip

         In summer, a number of people always go traveling, especially the beach because the weather is absolutely hot. Moreover, they want to relax after a long period of working or studying, including me. Last 3 years ago in summer, I went to Bali where is an island in Indonesia. Bali is a unique place because of great beaches, countless waves for surfing and wonderful natural sites to visit and explore, colorful ceremonies, and gifted artists. 3 interesting points with my travel are introduced: the traveling, the accommodation, the attraction.

  

The first point is to travel. I went with my family. We got on the plane at Suvarnabhumi airport. Then, we had to transit at Singapore airport. We took time for 7 hours to Bali. When we arrived, we got a taxi to go to the hotel. And during the trip, we chose to rent a car having a driver for easy traveling.

    

   Another point is the hotel. We stayed at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. It is located on the Kuta beach, which is popular in Bali. There is a lot of cafeterias for people who like spending time at night. It is similar to Pattaya in Thailand. This hotel seems a luxury style with white color switch brown. It not only felt cozy, but the service was also excellent. 

    

                                                      

The last point is attractions. Most of the place in Bali is the temple. 

First, ulan Danu Bratun temple, One of the five most important temples in Bali is the beautiful and magical Lake Superior. There is a beautiful mountain backdrop over 1,000 meters above sea level. 

Another is the Tirta Empul temple. There is a pure holy spring sprang up from the underground. It is the worship for the Balinese who believe that if they bath, they can get the prosperity and dispel the evictions. So Every year people will come to clean their bodies. 

And one of the five seaside temples of Bali, with more beautiful landscapes, is Tanah Lot. The temple is built on rocks like a small island when the water is going up, the temple seems in the middle of the sea. 

The fourth place is not the temple. it likes a field but has many steps. So it is called the stepping or terrace rice field that is considered the most beautiful scenery in Bali. Many visitors come from both domestic and foreign countries who want to experience the cool atmosphere and beautiful panorama of rice terraces. For this reason, the Government of Indonesia will nominate to Unesco for the World Heritage. 

And the last place is Batur volcano. The area is cool throughout the year because it is close to the Lake Kunung Bartu lake. Moreover, we can watch the sunrise beautifully at the mountain of Bartó.

      

To conclude, the travel, the hotel, and the attractions in Bali make our trip wonderful. This is not all in Bali. There are many sophisticated things waiting for you to touch. Not only are the attractions wonderful, but people are also friendly and nice. This is such a memorable trip for me. Next summer, who are looking for having a trip, I think Bali is another interesting choice and if you decide to go, you won’t be disappointed certainly.

       Last Saturday, I backed home at noon. I thought that there wasn’t a traffic jam but it didn’t go on as I planned. When I was on the way, there were so many cars on the road. This led me to arrive home late. Moreover, I had time to spend with my family only 1 day which is Sunday. I have been failed but everything will be alright. I tried to understand it.

       On Sunday, my family went to a nursing home because we wanted to do good things and make merit with other people as the mother day. We provided some snack break and plenty of appliances. Both aunts and uncles were sitting at the hall and waiting for us. When we came in, they smiled and paid respect to us. I respected them back. Then, I felt joyful and sympathetic at the same time. I looked around and talked to them. Some of them told me that their cousin left them and they forgot them. This brought pity to me. I can only smile at them and encourage as much as possible.  

      To sum up, when finishing this activity, the ideas came up with me that I should take care of my parents well while we are having time. Don’t leave them alone. They looked after me since I was young until I grow up. Thus, looking after both of them is the thing that I have to do back.

        Nowadays, after having a meal, people are interested in eating fruits more than in the past thanks to essential nutrition like vitamin and fiber, so do I. In my opinion, my favorite fruit is guava which like a common tropical fruit, a green circle. I like eating guava because there are plenty of health benefits: protecting cancer, having anti-aging properties for my skin, helping me relax. Firstly, guava can make cancer far away from me due to being rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants like lycopene. Also, Vitamin C boosts my immunity, which is critical in fighting cancer cells. Secondly, there are anti-aging properties for my skin. As I mentioned before, guavas are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants like lycopene which can protect my skin from wrinkles and fine lines, thus making me look younger. Thirdly, guava can make me relax. For example, when I have to study books hard, I always select some guava to eat. Owing to the fact that magnesium is available in guavas that help in relaxing my nerves and muscles. So I can keep reading for a long period at night. This is why l like eating guava the most. In contrast, If you don’t like eating fruits, I think guava is easy to eat and you might love it one day because of its advantages.

  Last week, I was so stressed out because there was some test on last Saturday. So, I had to prepare study a book all week. The book called ‘mythology’ which is all about the god and goddess in Roman and Greek. They look difference and there is a lot of contents in this book. So, I was very concentrated when reviewing the lesson.

   On last Saturday, I concerned and confused in the contents when testing. There was only 30 minutes. Also, I was very excited and didn’t pay attention as much as possible. After finishing the test, I was upset but it didn’t mean I can’t do it. I just thought that I should do it better than this. At the same time I was proud of myself that I studied hard even if how the result was. Then, I was a little bit failed, so was my close friend. Therefore, she asked me to go shopping together. I didn't hesitate to say yes. 

  When we arrived at the mall, we got plenty of things. And during shopping we forgot what we failed in the morning. We were happy and enjoy with it like nothing happened. Suddenly, at that night I thought the next testing is going to be right than this time and I have to study harder. Keep fighting! I have promised myself and that’s it. 

My best friend

My best friend

       Several times people have to be alone. It leads them to feel lonely because there is no one to talk with them. Certainly, one of them is me. Sometimes I cry because of feeling so empty. However, I believe that there is not only me encountering this situation. So I find something to heal me. It is the songs that can make me relax every time. Although it is not a living, I think the songs is the best friend for me with 3 factors.

        The first factor is the songs be with me every time. For example, on the typical day I only wear a small talk and turn on the songs that I like. It can help me clam suddenly.  Or when I do something in my room like studying books, I will play a playlist together. I feel like the time is short and I want to keep reading. Another factor is that the songs help me sleep tight. I am always insomnia. It results from both the problems in each day and caffeine drinking. Hence, I have to find the procedure to sleep easily. Then, I find that the best helper is the songs due to it changing the sound wave. So it leads heart rate to decreasing. This is why I can sleep like a log when listening the music. The last factor is the songs make me happy no matter what. To say so, everyone likes happiness including me. In the past, I used to think that being happy is like travelling, eating, buying something although it is right. In contrast, after class nowadays I realize that only listening the songs while laying on my bed can make me joyful as well. It seems not only comfortable, but also enjoyable.
       To summarize, being with me every time, helping me sleep tight and making me happy are the best elements to be my best friend. To find some friend that trust in me is not difficult, and it is not easy at the same time. However, a friend that can do as I mentioned before is quite rare item. So, if you feel lonely, try to listening the songs. And one day you will find that the best friend is not far from you anymore.
