My favorite beneficial fruit
Nowadays,
after having a meal, people are interested in eating fruits more than in the past thanks to essential nutrition like vitamin and fiber, so do I. In my opinion, my favorite fruit is guava which like a common tropical fruit, a green circle. I like eating guava
because there are plenty of health benefits: protecting cancer, having anti-aging
properties for my skin, helping me relax. Firstly, guava can make cancer
far away from me due to being rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants like lycopene.
Also, Vitamin C boosts my immunity, which is critical in fighting cancer cells. Secondly,
there are anti-aging properties for my skin. As I mentioned before, guavas are
rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants like lycopene which can protect my skin from
wrinkles and fine lines, thus making me look younger. Thirdly, guava can make
me relax. For example, when I have to study books hard, I always select some
guava to eat. Owing to the fact that magnesium is available in guavas that help in
relaxing my nerves and muscles. So I can keep reading for a long period at night. This is why l
like eating guava the most. In contrast, If you don’t like
eating fruits, I think guava is easy to eat and you might love it one day
because of its advantages.
