The effects
o f not getting enough sleep
In the
present, a number of people do not get enough sleep. This results from their
routines. Some people have to work hard, study hard, and be insomnia. Thus, the
effects of this are the following. First, you will be weakened. Because you do not
have spared-energy to use in the next day. So, you will be tired than usual.
Second, you will be obesity due to the disorder of glucose in the blood metabolism
process. This causes not enough glucose in the blood. Therefore, it makes you more
hungry and finally, you become fat. Third, you do not
grow because the growth hormone is produced less
than usual. Moreover, you will be
accessible to be sick. This is only
examples that I think it can
be clearly seen for me. So, the best thing you have to do is sleep enough in
order to stay healthy.
